As a son of the abkhazian father and a megrelian mother with gurians, russians and germans in my family tree, up to a certain age, on the question of what my nationality was, I would answer either abkhazian or half abkhazian and half megrelian. Today I am aware of the difference between the concepts of nationality, cultural identity, national interests,tribal affiliation, clan lineage, and ancient anthropogenic lines, etc. Therefore, on the above mentioned question my answer could have many more details: the Arshba clan; nationality and culture - abkhazian; Homeland - Abkhazia; my state is the one which is ruled by people who help me and my family to live a worthy life; probably a pontic subtype, part of the large european race; possibly the near-eastern or mesopotamian haplogroup cluster of Y-chromosome and mitochondrial DNA. Following some traditions, afterwards I should have list my specialization, achievements and regalias, but there are several reasons why I do not see the practical reason of doing so:

1. My achievements on the subject of the project are published on arshba.ru and are being quoted by various authors and publications. Determining their significance is a matter of each reader's judgment or researcher.


2. I do not personally consider very useful to know the degree or rank of the author of any material, as I have an opportunity to determine and evaluate the information myself. Of course, in some cases, reliable information about the author can save the time spent on the study of the useless and add a little weight to given materials. On the other hand, this information and author titles may be a fake, their bearer may simply be wrong, and the absence or lack of such information about the author can cause the researcher to miss an important material for themselves.


3. I disagree with the unfounded allegations that science is driven only by specialists, and some names such as the father of genetics and the monk Mendel, Lyell, Stenon, Engels, Descartes, Lamarck, Hubble, Dalton, Kepler, Einstein, Edison, Faraday, Schliemann, etc. confirm my opinion. And if the ability to influence the world is also considered science, then this list would be replenished with Jobs, Gates, Dell, Abramovich, Zuckerberg and the rest of the names of the billionaires' dropout club.


4. arshba.ru is not a commercial project, and I do not have any specific purpose of receiving scientific recognition, or the like. At the same time, I am pleased to accept constructive criticism and this is the main reason that I publish my researches.


5. arshba.ru is not a highly specialized project, thus clarifying my specialty — even if directly related to one of the subjects under study — would be inappropriate, would be inappropriate.
